Hampton by Hilton Sheffield

As a Diamond member I stay in a hotel 3-4 days a week. This is one of the best hotels for service I have ever stayed I. I texted the front desk from the air saying I would be arriving early and had not slept. They moved me around so I could get to my room by noon. The food at night was very good and when a special event was on, the girls behind the counter made me a list of great restaurants. This hotel provided the best service I have ever had, the rooms were impeccably clean and everyone went far out of their way to provide amazing service

Amazing service at the Hampton by Hilton Sheffield! Special shout out to Iram at the front desk who is always smiling, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. She goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and valued. A big thank you as well to the rest of the front desk team, who are equally friendly, professional, and helpful. The level of service really makes a difference and is a credit to the hotel. Highly recommend staying here!

A handy and reliable business hotel, comfortable and good value. Wi-Fi was reliable and the desk space worked well for a full day working in the room. Quiet enough to concentrate, with an easy night’s sleep afterwards. Everything was as expected from a Hampton by Hilton: a clean, modern room and a comfortable bed. Arrived by car just after midnight on a Monday; check-in was straightforward and I stayed two nights. The team were friendly and helpful throughout. On the last day I left my bags after checkout and collected them early evening without fuss before heading for a train. Breakfast buffet is included and adds value at this price point, with a good range to start the day efficiently. It was well supplied, with plenty of hot items too. The location worked well for my central Sheffield meetings, and the station is about a 20-minute walk. I would stay again. (Visited April 2022)

Nice and helpful staff. Room clean and tidy with a nice large shower room Nice hot breakfast with plenty of choice Late night drink a little expensive for a mid range hotel. Will use again but will have our 'nightcap' before getting back to the hotel

It was a fabulous find, the hotel smelt beautiful as you arrived, the hotel was clean and set out well and the staff were friendly and courteous. Rooms were stunning, very spacious, modern and updated, would definitely stay again, breakfast was unlimited and very tasty. A little out from the centre but accessible in a short drive from the railway station or to get food, shopping etc, also good if you can walk, quite up hill to most shops, bars and restaurants though, an uber is around £3.50. There is a premier store directly opposite which is useful.

An excellent stay last night. Sundays are v cheap and include breakfast which is fantastic value. Checked in via app so didn’t need to q at reception. Very good sized room. And quiet through the night. Lovely breakfast too with lots of options. Staff at breakfast were very friendly.

Stayed last night. The staff were really helpful and pleasantly professional. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was on point! Where do they get that bacon?!? Decent quality all the buffet was really laid out nicely. The young staff members were exceptional. £97 for couple with a breakfast.

Great experience Comfy and clean, good choices for breakfast, great central location. Felt very safe here. Also left a sentimental piece of jewellery behind and staff found it for me and kept it safe til I could collect. Honest and great service thank you
